Kevin J. Hanna

Kevin J. Hanna is born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and currently lives in Lake Oswego with his wife, Michele, and their three children, Hanna Rose, 19, KJ, 10, and Zoe, 8. He is truly humbled and honored to have served the Pacific Northwest lending needs over the past two decades. The Pacific Northwest has always been my home and it has always shown his family love, respect, and a tremendous amount of support throughout the years. This community has always meant the world to him and always will.

Kevin loves all animals, and he has 3 dogs. Some of his favorite animals are the Lion, Red Panda, penguins, and of course the monkeys. He is passionate about giving back and supporting the local community in which he lives and serves. Kevin continues to develop philanthropic support for charitable causes that are important to him, to his family, and the community. Kevin actively supports many local nonprofit organizations that are important including Youth Music Project, Doernbecher Children's Hospital and Randall Children's Hospital, Oregon Zoo, while also serving as the Advisory Board President at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School in Lake Oswego and as a coach for his children’s soccer & basketball teams.

Kevin J. Hanna has spent over 20 years in the industry. He previously spent 15 years in the industry working alongside family, where he fostered strong ties with the region’s lending community. Kevin, most recently values those relationships greatly. A lifelong Oregonian, Kevin believes that the Northwest Region is home to a population that values local investments and long-term relationships. In the Pacific Northwest, he believes the market is hypersensitive to serving local vendors. Kevin knows the local market. He lives here. He serves here.

Prior to his formation of Lions Capital Mortgage, Inc., Kevin served as President of the NW region at Churchill Mortgage where he launched their expansive growth throughout the west coast by launching the Northwest office in early 2019, opening an operational center in Lake Oswego, Ore., that employed just four team members. In less than 4 years, Kevin expanded Churchill's regional presence to incorporate nearly 165 employees in more than 37 offices in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Utah, and Nevada, with additional representation in California. During that time, the Northwest team achieved approximately $ 2.5 billion in loan volume.

The Northwest Region is one of the most competitive markets in the nation. With a strong management background in retail and wholesale sales and operations, Kevin has grown his operations by placing an unending commitment to aligning Operations with Sales to ensure a united team for serving families.  

Kevin has grown his businesses by finding people of the highest integrity that are smart, hungry, and humble. He strives to build a foundation based on culture with the utmost integrity for each team member selectively added by each local market. At the end of the day, with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to excellence, he aims to empower his clients to make informed decisions and achieve their dreams of homeownership and a path toward financial freedom. In addition, Kevin aims to further grow his staff and open more offices throughout the region than he has done over the last two decades of his career. Kevin’s passion for always putting people over profits.
